redtown studio ("we", "us") is a branding and design studio based in new jersey, usa. this policy explains what personal information this website collects and what we do with it.

when you contact us by email or through the form on this site, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, email address, what you need and your message.

like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

we use your contact details only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project.

we use technical information to keep the site secure and working, and to understand in general how it is used.

we do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

we share information only with the services that run this site and our email: our hosting provider, vercel; web3forms, which delivers messages sent through the contact form; and our email provider. they process it on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

we may disclose information if the law requires it.

we keep emails and enquiries for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of our work together, and then delete them. hosting logs are kept only as long as vercel retains them.

depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. email us and we will respond within 30 days. you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
